WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays, and are shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 14 days upon receiving your shipment to return items. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns must be processed through our returns portal. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags still attached.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. During peak periods and on orders placed over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us at info@swishop.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. Include detailed images of the damaged product(s) and the packing/invoice slip. Our team will investigate the issue and respond with a resolution.
